Being Grateful for 15 Things
.
Today has been a good day of studying, resting, and cleaning my kitchen floor. Below are 15 things I am grateful for . . . .
- Transcribed my New Testament class notes – great reminder of God’s Truths
- Air conditioner works so that I don’t have to swelter in a house above 78 degrees
- My lower back feels really good – icing it at least 2 times a day does make a BIG difference
- Yummy lunch of pasta topped with parsley, butter, onion, garlic and some red sauce
- Internet access that allows me to research such things as : Difference between Bio Spot and Frontline; Best massage place in Sacramento/Folsom; and where to buy bean bag filler.
- Telephone so I can connect with my kiddos
- Dreams and the ability to make them (some at least) come true
- A brain that likes to think, question, create, wonder, assert, and learn
- Solitude
- A niece who wants her old aunt (me) to “run” with her
- A good FICO score
- My worn Bible with notes from past “lessons”
- Bouncy ball “chair” at my desk – makes my back feel so much better than sitting on a traditional chair
- Conversing with my BIL about car maintenance – he gives good advice
- Girlfriend talks (Thanks MT and LY)
For what are you grateful?
