Frustration with Comcast

I’m feeling frustrated with Comcast. I want to lower my bill with them, but no go. If I cancel part of my package the other service goes up. The customer rep was not willing to work with me. I wouldn’t feel so bothered except that she could care less. I guess my only option is to cancel the whole thing and look elsewhere. What a bother!

Have you had a similar experience? What did you do?

Update: I called Comcast back as I have been happy with the Internet service. Because of where I live I cannot get high speed Internet service. Since I am on the computer a lot, I really need the faster connection. Anyway, I spoke with Tina.  She was helpful and understanding. And she was able to help me downgrade my service. Now I am happy. Thank you, Tina and Comcast.

Sometimes it pays to make another phone call.

    We got a bundle from AT&T. T.V. phone, computer. Check online, but call as well. We called & got a little better deal from the rep. & they were nice (on phone & in person). If you want you can check out AT&T verison of Tivo, it is called UVerse at my house.

    Thanks for the advice, Lynette.

    I looked into ATT&T, unfortunately they could not offer me high speed internet. So I called Comcast back. This time I had a positive result.
