One of the items on my Winter Bucket List to take a self-portrait each week.

Go natural, leave the gray. Hair dye chemicals are carcinogenic anyway! Great first portrait and I like the hair cut too.

So far I have decided to stay gray. Thanks for both compliments, Theresa.

This sounds like fun. Maybe I’ll add a self portrait to my bucket list.

I am surprised that I have enjoyed this project so much. It would be fun to see your take on this.

It has been frustrating, though, to figure out the formatting in wordpress. The photos and related posts are not lining up the way I want.

I wish I were so photogenic. You take a good picture, both in front of, and behind the camera.

You are so sweet to say this. I’ve never been called photogenic before. :)

Like many I hate having my picture taken. But now I realize that is what everyone SEES and so I need to get over it. And when I am gone, my children will want photos of me. I don’t have many of my parents in their later years and I wish I did.

I do take about 20 photos before I find one I want to keep! And when I look at the photos, I think, “Oh, that hair!”
