2 Benefits of Water Exercise
I’ve been doing (walking) laps in the pool for 5 or so weeks now. This morning I realized 2 beneifts of my faithfulness. (Pain has been a great motivator for that faithfulness.)
- It doesn’t take all my concentration to walk. The pain is that much less now! This a.m. I was able to pray while walking in the water. Today I prayed for those of you who are readers here: TL, TD, DW, LY, JA, LG, and MT. Be on the look out for God’s tangible hand of blessing in your life today.
- My skin is much clearer and oh so smooth. I never had acne as a teen. No, the dreaded pimples have attacked me as an adult on my arms and legs. Now they are almost baby soft.
Just thought I’d share.
Now I am gonna ice my back and knee, then heat my back, do some exercises, a bit of walking, resting, schoolwork and work-work. Then start the cycle all over again.

Glad to hear it is helping. I think it is really good you are doing this because a lot of people just stop doing anything and then they never get rid of the pain. Building your muscles up is the best thing you can do to prevent future problems. Thanks for praying. I am feeling overwhelmed today.
