15 Things I Must Do During My Lifetime

This is my entry in the Just Ask Bucket List Getaway Giveaway. Just Ask offers a breast and ovarian cancer screening and is encouraging people to share 15 things that I want to enjoy in my lifetime as a reminder to be aware of my health.

Want to enter? Head over to TodaysMama.com to get the details.

Since I just wrote 101 Things to do in 1001 Days this post will be fairly easy. The hard part will be narrowing down the list to only 15!

  1. Answer the “50 Questions That Will Free Your Mind.”
  2. Compile a month’s worth of recipes from the anti-inflammation diet.
  3. Find a “sport or exercise” I love and  do regularly.
  4. Get down to my goal weight.
  5. Go dog sledding in Alaska.
  6. Learn 5 magic tricks and perform them in front of a crowd.
  7. Learn 12 hymns by memory.
  8. Make a list of my fears and what I can do to face and defeat them.
  9. Make a quilt for each family member.
  10. Read a book in another language.
  11. Take a Spanish class abroad.
  12. Volunteer after a disaster.
  13. Walk the Freedom Trail in Massachusetts.
  14. Write a letter to my kiddos to be opened after I die.
  15. Write & accomplish my Theological Bucket List.
I absolutely need and want to be conscious of following a healthy lifestyle. These 15 things are based on the unspoken idea that I am healthy. Or that doing this item will contribute to my physical, emotional, intellectual, or spiritual health.
I know that many of these items are not amazing. They are things that swirl in my brain in the section marked “To-do’s.” If /when I finish all these things, I will FEEL amazing.
My next step will be putting the details of how and when these will be accomplished on my 1001 days calendar.
