Grateful 43 – Things That Make Me Laugh

Day 29 – Things that make me laugh
A couple of years ago I did a 31 day series on laughter. I did this series because I am not naturally funny nor do I laugh a lot. I hoped that by doing this series both things would change. They didn’t – much.
But I still think laughter is valuable. Among other things laughter helps us feel better emotionally and physically. It helps us stay positive. And another of the many benefits of laughter is that it helps us keep life in perspective. As you can see, we have good reasons to be grateful for laughter.
I am grateful 4 these 3 things that make me laugh.
ONE. Hearing my grand daughters laugh.
TWO. Seeing unexpected connections. I recently saw colourful trolls put on fingernails as a decorative accent. For some reason this made me laugh!
THREE. Being around friends who laugh and tell jokes.
One of the posts I did for the 31 Days of Laughter series was Laughter Date Ideas. I forgot all about purposeful laughter dates and ideas to get me laughing. I am going to get back into having these kinds of dates.
Your Turn . . . Let me know if you’d like to join me on a laughter date. . . . What makes you laugh?
I am writing a gratitude series titled Grateful 43. I will do this for 43 days. And I will write three things for which I am grateful 4 each topic. Do you see the play on the words 43 and FOR THREE? Go here for the 43 Days of Gratitude JOURNAL Prompts
